INDEPENDENT LIVING townhomes FOR SENIORS
This design for an 80-unit, independent living community is for senior citizens. It encompasses four different individual, single-story, townhome prototypes with slight variations in a few units, including 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom homes. At a compact width of only 25 feet with varying lengths, these households fit into a walkable community that encourages neighborly visits and social activities with close access to nearby amenities in this growing metro area.
In addition to the four basic types of units, there are also a few different configurations of the buildings in which the townhomes are sited. We show a few of them on this page in both 3-D views and with plans. We have many building layout configurations.

Building Type 1, Exterior Alternate 1
This simple 3-D view shows our design for a sixplex building. It contains two 2-bedroom units and four 1-bedroom units, each with a sheltered front entry porch. Units are accessible for those with different abilities and can be adapted.
