A series of traditional, brick office buildings inspired by the Federal Style is placed in a setting laid out as a grid by our architects and planners for easy and convenient access, proportioned for the comfort of those who work and visit there. Building sizes range from 5,000 square feet to 7,500 square feet, from two to three stories. These buildings are arranged in suites to be leased by individual, professional businesses with access by interior corridor. Construction is of wood frame with brick facing and wood trim in classical patterns. With careful design attention to brick coursing, dentil moldings at the cornices, and strongly textured, warm gray roofs, the designers evoked here an especially rich tactile feel to the business environment.
