GREGORY C. MIX
Registered Architect
Greg Mix has been practicing continuously in the southeast since 1978. He has over 45 years experience in commercial and high-end custom residential architectural design. He has been a Registered Architect in Georgia since 1982; also registered in the state of Alabama. A member of the NCARB, Greg has reciprocity to practice in all fifty states. Additionally, Mr. Mix is the principal of his own firm, Greg Mix & Associates Architects Inc. since 1987. His membership in the American Institute of Architects (A.I.A.) Atlanta Chapter spans over 20 years. Neo-Classical, Modern European and American architecture are exemplified in his work. Building types in his experience include multi-family, mixed use, offices, banks, big box retail stores, and strip shopping centers. Lastly, his work in custom residential, additions and renovations, earned his studio “Best of Houzz” in 2013 and 2014. Greg heads up the Gwinnett office of Southeast Studios Inc.

PHILLIP ANDREW JESSUP
Registered Architect
Andy Jessup has been a Registered Architect in Georgia since 1988 after founding his own firm, Drawing Board Atlanta Inc in 1987. He has 43 years experience in architectural design, primarily in medium sized light-frame buildings. Mr. Jessup has particular knowledge of practical construction, building codes, and life safety codes compliance, having taught these subjects for 16 years in college level accredited design programs leading to professional licensure. His building experience includes branch banks, credit unions, retail shops, convenience stores, restaurants, bars, and nightclubs. Further, his book is filled with multi-family, mixed-use, strip shopping centers, and office buildings. In addition to his residential, interior design, additions, and renovation work, his proficiencies include churches, classroom buildings, master planning and rezoning. Andy heads up the Atlanta office of Southeast Studios Inc.
